Free tracked shipping on every order. Delivery takes about 7–10 business days.
Returns and refunds
If something is wrong with your order, or you want to cancel it, email us at contact@pinnaclemedics.com within 30 days of delivery, before sending anything back. Include your order number, what happened, and a photo if the item arrived damaged or incomplete.
We review every request and reply within 2 business days with the next step: a replacement, a refund, or return instructions. If we ask you to send an item back, we cover the return shipping. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Order never arrived? If tracking shows no delivery 30 days after your order, contact us and we will make it right.
